- The team advised an international fashion retailer on the agreement for lease and lease of a retail premises on Grafton Street
- Waterland Private Equity Investments in its investment in a number of electrical wholesalers, including one of the largest electrical wholesalers in Ireland. The Real Estate team provided advice on the property due diligence aspect of the transaction, which included negotiating and agreeing a number of new commercial leases which were entered on completion
- Advised WTech Fire Group in their acquisition of SRS Alert Fire Systems Limited a leading fire and life safety systems service provider operating throughout Ireland. The Real Estate team assisted on the property due diligence aspect of the deal which comprised unregistered leasehold title
- The team advised Horseware Products Limited in the sale of a commercial premises in Louth. The sale of the property required lenders consent and the team successfully negotiated this consent. The team were involved in all aspects associated with the successful completion of the sale, which included a sub-sale completion
- Advised on the Real Estate component of the share acquisition of a leading Hotel in Munster
- Acted for the vendor, a leading glazing manufacturer, in the sale and leaseback of its commercial premises in Clondalkin, Dublin 22 to Iroko Zen
- Acted for a private developer in end-to-end transactions commencing with site acquisition, development financing, development and construction of Primary Care Centres on the sites, negotiation and agreement of leases to various tenants including the HSE and the sale of fully complete and tenanted Primary Care Centres
- Advising Parkrite in the share sale to Q Park, a leading provider of car parks in the island of Ireland. The team assisted on the property due diligence aspect of the deal which comprised a high volume of leased and licensed properties throughout Dublin City and Galway City
- General Logistics Systems Ireland Limited on the lease of its new office base at Horizon Logistics Park, Harristown, County Dublin
- Advised Wealth Options Trustees Limited in the sale of a bank premises in the midlands
- Acted for a private partnership in the disposal of a number of commercial units in South County Dublin
- Acted for a private investor in the purchase of a substantial commercial premises on Baggot Street, Dublin 2.
