Sinéad joined Flynn O' Driscoll as a Solicitor on our Real Estate team, bringing extensive experience in advising on complex commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, development projects and commercial leases, acting for both landlords and tenants.
Experience
Prior to joining Flynn O' Driscoll, Sinéad spent several years in private practice, advising both commercial and private clients on the full spectrum of real estate transactions from acquisition and disposal to financing, refinancing and planning for both residential and mixed-use developments. Her expertise extends to due diligence reporting and navigating insolvency events. During her time in private practice, Sinéad successfully guided clients though intricate transactions, from inception to completion.
Sinéad subsequently worked in the financial services sector and advised on real estate due diligence, matters affecting title and security, enforcement of security and title remediation.
