Our Corporate team have acted as Irish counsel to accountancy firm MHA on its £271m initial public offering (IPO).
The UK arm of Baker Tilly International launched onto London’s junior stock market, AIM, and raised £98m by way of a placing with institutional and retail investors.
MHA CEO, Rakesh Shaunak said: “This is an exciting day for our firm, our people and we believe a welcome one for the London market. We have been delighted by the positive response we have had from investors and our clients since we announced our intention to float last month.”
MHA’s aim is to become a top 10 UK accounting and professional services business, generating in excess of £500 million annualised revenue.
