Miriam is a partner in the corporate and commercial department. Her principal areas of practice are corporate and commercial law. She advises on mergers and acquisitions, property and general corporate law.

- Headed up the team which acted as legal advisers in relation to the sale of a number of high-profile hotels before the collapse of the property market in 2007.
- Acted for a Luxembourg company in relation to pursuing guarantors for summary judgment in a well-publicised case. As part of this process orders for attachment and committal against one of the defendants were obtained.
- Acted in relation to the initial naming rights and sponsorship contract for the AVIVA stadium in Dublin.
- Acts for a university in relation to property related matters.
