This year, we extended our International Women’s Day celebrations at Flynn O’Driscoll. Over the past two weeks, we have been involved in a number of initiatives.  

  • Marie Donnellan, CEO of Platform94, joined us as our IWD guest speaker. Marie spoke about her background, her role at Platform 94 and the community they are building.  

  • Last Friday, we were delighted to attend An Cosán’s IWD lunch in the Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin. For over 35 years, An Cosán has been transforming lives through education, empowering over 21,000 women in Ireland.

  • We held our first training session with Women’s Aid where we learned more about their work and how to respond effectively to those subjected to domestic abuse.  

  • To finish off the celebrations, we hosted a coffee morning in our Dublin, Galway & Shannon offices in aid of our charity partner, Women’s Aid. Women’s Aid have been working to prevent and address the impact of domestic violence and abuse in Ireland for the last 50 years.
