Jeffrey joined Flynn O'Driscoll in 2018 after obtaining a first-class honours Bachelor of Law and Society degree from Dublin City University and a Masters of Law (General) from Trinity College where he focused on data protection, intellectual property, and the regulation of emerging technologies.
Jeffrey has gained experience in a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters and holds a sports law diploma from the Law Society of Ireland.
Jeffrey sits on both the Leinster Rugby Senior Clubs Committee and as the Leinster Executive Committee and has also assisted players with disciplinary proceedings at a senior Leinster level.
Jeffrey is a member of the Football Association of Ireland disciplinary pool from which Disciplinary and Appeal Committees of the FAI are drawn. These Committees are responsible for ensuring that breaches of the FAI Disciplinary Regulations are sanctioned fairly, and the integrity of FAI Competitions are upheld.
Experience
Jeffrey has worked on a wide variety of corporate and commercial transactions including private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, company restructuring, and shareholder matters.
Jeffrey has also assisted a wide range of clients in the sports industry including both private companies and national governing bodies across a variety of commercial and governance matters.
