Marusia is a Trainee Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation Department. Marusia worked as a Legal Executive for 6 years prior to deciding that she wanted to become a solicitor. Marusia has recently completed the Hybrid PPC course with the Law Society of Ireland.
Experience
Marusia has experience on matters ranging from personal injuries, general insurance litigation and dispute resolution, product liability, defamation, property damage and material damage claims, from District and Circuit Court through to High Court and Court of Appeal.
She has extensive experience of defence personal injuries and defamation litigation alongside commercial disputes, debt collection and employment law.

- Assisting in relation to a novel and complex litigation dispute between the Airlines and the Regulatory Authorities which has been referred to CJEU
- Assisting in relation to a number of private clients in relation to personal injuries litigation
