Laoise is an Associate on the Aviation and Asset Finance team and advises clients on all aspects of aircraft acquisition, sale, finance and leasing transactions, in addition to dealing with queries on a day to day basis from our international aviation clients. Laoise also advises clients in the areas of company and commercial law including company secretarial matters, company reorganisations, commercial transactions and shareholder matters.
Experience
Having worked as a company secretary in other large commercial law firms across Dublin, Laoise joined Flynn O’Driscoll in 2017 as a trainee solicitor and was admitted as a solicitor in 2020.
Since joining Flynn O'Driscoll, Laoise has also gained invaluable experience on the Corporate and Commercial Property teams and has been involved in a variety of corporate and commercial property transactions.
