Diann advises international and domestic clients on a diverse range of corporate and commercial legal issues, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, corporate restructurings, corporate governance and general commercial matters.

Experience

Having worked in the legal department of the Irish concentrates division of The Coca-Cola Company, Diann joined Flynn O’Driscoll LLP in 2012.

Diann specialises primarily in mergers and acquisitions and private equity and venture capital investments and advises clients both in the domestic market and on international deals with an Irish dimension.

In addition to her transaction focused work, Diann advises on corporate restructurings, business structure and formation, corporate governance and compliance, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, as well as commercial contracts.

Diann advises leading Irish and international clients, to include private companies, private equity funds, angel investment groups and entrepreneurs, across a variety of business and industry sectors, including healthcare, technology, and food.
