Profile

Daniel joined Flynn O'Driscoll as a Summer intern in 2019 progressing to the Pre-Trainee role. He is a member of the Corporate and Commercial team where his roles range from initial drafting of documents to conducting legal research in various areas. He has worked on company restructurings, merger and acquisition and banking transactions, as well as shareholder related matters. He is currently in the process of completing his Law Society Entrance Exams.

Daniel obtained his Leaving Certificate from St Patrick's College Cavan in 2015, graduated with an honours Bachelor of Corporate Law from National University of Ireland, Galway in 2018 and subsequently obtained an honours LLM in International Commercial Law from University College Dublin in 2019.

A keen footballer, he has represented his county, Leitrim, at all underage levels including minor. He currently represents his club Carrigallen at senior level. Also an avid musician, Daniel has previously competed in and won five Leitrim Fleadh Cheoil in the banjo, mandolin and duet competitions.

Daniel is not a member of the Law Society of Ireland.
