Daniel joined Flynn O’Driscoll as a Summer Intern in July 2019, progressing to Pre-Trainee and subsequently to Trainee having successfully completed all eight FE-1 examinations. He completed The Law Society of Ireland’s Professional Practice Course (“PPC”) at Blackhall Place and qualified as a Solicitor in January 2025.

Daniel works in the Corporate Department and has experience in a broad range of corporate transactional and investment work including venture capital investments, private equity investments, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts.
