Claire is a Solicitor in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team.
Claire has gained experience advising clients on a broad range of commercial litigation matters, primarily within the jurisdiction of the Circuit Court, High Court, and the Commercial division of the High Court.
Experience
Claire currently advises clients on a wide range of contentious matters, including commercial disputes, financial disputes including shareholder disputes, insurance coverage matters and contractual disputes.
Claire’s experience also extends to alternative methods of dispute resolution, and exposure to methods such as adjudication, conciliation, mediation, and arbitration.
Prior to joining Flynn O’Driscoll LLP, Claire was an Associate within the Litigation department of Mason Hayes & Curran Solicitors with focus on construction litigation, and McCann Fitzgerald with a focus on general commercial litigation.
Recent examples include conducting a hearing before an arbitral tribunal in relation to a shareholder dispute and advising with proceedings before the Commercial Court relating to a construction dispute and a High Court proceedings relating to a Commercial landlord and tenant dispute.

Education
Claire qualified as a solicitor in 2018, having been previously employed as a legal executive within a financial institution, Arthur Cox and McCann Fitzgerald. Claire holds an honours Bachelors of Law degree in Law and Politics from University of Ulster and is a member of the Law Society of Ireland.
