Claire trained and qualified into a mid-sized Dublin firm working in Employment Law, Commercial Litigation and Defence Litigation. Clients included major companies in the aviation, retail, insurance and manufacturing sectors. On moving to the Midwest, Claire worked as in-house legal for a homeless charity. Claire is returning to the workplace following a career break as a stay at home parent.
Experience
Claire's experience includes working on Unfair Dismissal claims; bullying and harassment claims in the High Court; an Interlocutory Injunction required during the implementation of a collective redundancy, amongst other litigation experience.
Whilst working in-house Claire gained valuable experience of the not-for-profit sector, in particular, she worked on streamlining employment materials; implementing GDPR policies, company secretarial duties and reviewing and updating governance requirements.
Following an extended career break Claire has now returned to work at Flynn O'Driscoll as a solicitor in the employment law department.
