Amanda has been a member of the corporate law team since joining the firm in 2022 and is involved in transactional corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, private equity investments, corporate restructuring and shareholder arrangements.
Experience
Amanda joined the firm after a decade working in the FMCG industry. She has extensive experience in commercial and analytical roles at some of the world's biggest food and drinks companies both in the US and Europe. She is retraining as a solicitor on the corporate team and is currently completing the Hybrid PPC.
