Since joining the firm Alastair has been involved in a number of corporate restructures, shareholder matters, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions. Alastair also has experience in notifying the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission and Department of Communications regarding media mergers, insurance, assisting clients taking judicial review challenges and alternative dispute resolution matters.
Alastair also contributes to the Firm’s publications.

- Assisted with the acquisition of Unity Technologies I.T. Limited by Ecko;
- Assisted with the investment from the Carlyle Group into the City Bin Company;
- Assisted with the litigation and insurance due diligence for the acquisition of Fastway Couriers by Elysian Capital;
- Assisted in the successful judicial review taken by St. Audoens's National School against a decision to grant planning permissions for a supervised injection facility by An Bord Pleanala and Merchants Quay Ireland CLG.
