Our real estate department advised Bluemont Developments on the acquisition, development and forward sale of a 142‑unit residential scheme at Gullion Park, Dundalk. This is an approved Housing Body with Co-operative Housing Ireland.  

Phase one provides apartments across five blocks together with associated amenities and commercial facilities. The main contractor was Townmore and the development funding was provided by Bank of Ireland.
