Our Media Law & Entertainment Team advised Virgin Media Ireland on their recently aired documentary series “Stalked” which highlights the devastating impact of stalking in Ireland.

The series tells the deeply personal stories of survivors Eve McDowell, Una Ring, and Jarlath Rice.

The government recently enacted the Criminal Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2023, which introduces a range of new stalking specific offences and tougher sentencing law to combat stalking in Ireland.
