The partners of Flynn O’Driscoll are delighted to announce the appointment of James Duggan as a partner with Flynn O’Driscoll effective 1st January 2014.
James joined Flynn O’Driscoll in 2007 and practices in the areas of Aviation and Asset Finance, Commercial Law and Insolvency & Corporate Restructuring. Over the past 7 years James has made a significant contribution to the development of the firm, in particular in the area of Aviation and Asset Finance.
Prior to joining Flynn O’Driscoll James trained and qualified with the international accountancy and tax firm KPMG in their Corporate Legal Advisory Services department, before a 3 year spell with international food and beverage company, C&C Group Plc as Assistant Group Company Secretary - during which time he was involved in the company's successful IPO on the Dublin and London Stock Exchanges. James then left industry to return to private practice and joined a leading firm in Dublin where he spent 2 ½ years before joining Flynn O’Driscoll.
