Our Banking & Finance team have advised Financefair on a site acquisition and development finance for the construction of 27 A-rated homes in Wexford.  

The homes, set for completion in late 2025, will help meet the growing demand for housing in the area.

This development is part of FinanceFair’s ongoing commitment to providing finance for social and affordable housing across Ireland.
