Flynn O’Driscoll is delighted to have advised Writech on its acquisition of Compco.
Compco will join WTech Fire Group (Writech), one of the UK and Ireland’s largest specialist fire protection engineering companies. Founded in 1988 and employing over 200 people, Compco is the UK’s largest privately-owned fire engineering company offering a wide range of services to all sectors and has grown from its Worcester Head Office to a further six offices across the UK.
Writech provides Fire Protection System Design, Manufacture, Installation, Commissioning and Servicing to clients which include some of the largest blue-chip companies in the world – across a range of sectors including data centres, life sciences, logistics, retail, office, and food and beverage.
