Our Corporate team acted for Intact, a business management software company, as they raised €17m from AIB through a partnership with Goodbody Capital Partners.

Commenting on the investment, Justin Law, CEO of Intact said

The software company will use the cash to accelerate its expansion in the US and enhance its Intact iQ product.
