Flynn O’Driscoll LLP were very pleased to have supported and advised Definitive Solutions Ltd on their sale to Nostra, the managed IT services provider.

Founded in 1999 by Peter Meade and based in Swords, Dublin – Definitive Solutions provides IT managed services, cloud, and security solutions to its SMB and Enterprise customers across Ireland and globally. Peter Meade will remain with the company to ensure the continuity of customer service. The acquisition has increased Nostra’s staff count to 290.
