Asteria Group is a leading manufacturer of label solutionsbased in Belgium with operations across Europe. Asteria has completed over 20acquisitions and established a presence in 7 countries. This acquisition isAsteria’s first in Ireland. Asteria is a portfolio company of Waterland PrivateEquity which also has a very active Irish office.
