Nolene Treacy

Profile

Nolene graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway in 2014 with an honours Bachelor of Corporate Law degree and an honours Postgraduate LLB degree. In 2015 Nolene graduated from University College Dublin with a Masters in International Law and Business.

Having spent two years working in the tax department of Grant Thornton, Nolene joined Flynn O’Driscoll in September 2017. Since joining the firm, Nolene has been working on the aviation and corporate team.

Nolene has worked on a number of multi-jurisdictional aviation leasing transactions, under the guidance of senior colleagues, as well as dealing with day to day requests from our international aviation clients. Nolene’s expertise also extends to corporate advisory work, which includes business structure and formation, corporate restructurings, corporate governance and commercial contracts.

Nolene is involved in a number of corporate social responsibility initiatives supported by the firm, one of which includes regularly volunteering at St. Audeons National School’s reading club.

Nolene has completed the Law Society Entrance Examinations and will commence the Law Society professional practice course in September 2018.
