Nolene Treacy

Nolene graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway in 2014 with an honours Bachelor of Corporate Law degree and an honours Postgraduate LLB degree. In 2015 Nolene graduated from University College Dublin with a Masters in International Law and Business.

Having spent two years working in the tax department of Grant Thornton, Nolene joined the Aviation and Corporate team in Flynn O’Driscoll in September 2017. Nolene has worked on a number of multi-jurisdictional aviation leasing transactions, under the guidance of senior colleagues, as well as dealing with day to day requests from our international clients. Nolene’s expertise also extends to corporate advisory work, which includes business structure and formation, corporate restructurings, corporate governance and commercial contracts.

Nolene currently works in the Commercial Property department and has worked on a number of complex commercial property transactions, which includes working on the property side of corporate restructurings and finances/refinances. Nolene has also gained experience in drafting leases and licences for large organisations.

Nolene is involved in a number of corporate social responsibility initiatives supported by the firm, one of which includes regularly volunteering at St. Audeons National School’s reading club. Nolene is also an active member of the Leitrim Dublin Business Network.

Nolene is currently completing her professional studies with the Law Society of Ireland.
