Nolene Treacy

Nolene graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway in 2014 with an honours Bachelor of Corporate Law degree and an honours Postgraduate LLB degree. In 2015 Nolene graduated from University College Dublin with a Masters in International Law and Business.

Having spent two years working in the tax department of one of Ireland’s top professional services firms, Nolene joined Flynn O’Driscoll in September 2017. Nolene has worked in the firm’s Aviation department, gaining experience on a number of multi-jurisdictional aviation leasing transactions. Nolene has also worked in the firm’s Commercial Property department, gaining experience on several complex commercial property transactions, which included working on the property side of corporate restructurings and finances/refinances.

Nolene currently works in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Law department. Nolene has experience in advising both Irish and international clients in a wide range of intellectual property, technology and data protection matters.

Nolene’s expertise also extends to corporate advisory work, which includes business structure and formation, corporate governance and commercial contracts.

Nolene is involved in a number of corporate social responsibility initiatives supported by the firm, one of which includes volunteering at St. Audeons National School’s reading club. Nolene is also an active member of the Leitrim Dublin Business Network.

Nolene is a member of the Law Society of Ireland.
