Jéssica provides assistance in advising on all aspects of employment law, including contentious and non-contentious advices.
Jéssica assists on the drafting of employee handbooks, policies, contracts of employment, and also assists on the provisions of advices relating to all aspects of the employment relationship and Workplace Relations Commission disputes which include a full spectrum of claims such as unfair dismissal, equality and industrial relations claims. She is also assisting in advising corporate clients on the employment aspect of corporate and M&A transactions. Jéssica has successfully completed the PPC Hybrid course.
