Prior to joining Flynn O'Driscoll, Emily worked in various international organisations including the European Parliament and Holocaust Education Ireland where she advised on policy and managed educational projects across Europe.
Experience
Since joining the firm in November 2021, Emily has worked within the corporate team and has gained a broad range of experience in corporate transactional work and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, private equity investments, corporate governance and start-up funding.
