Pat started the business in June 2002 and subsequently entered into partnership with Alan O’Driscoll in 2008 creating the firm – Flynn O’Driscoll.
Pat was Managing Partner of Flynn O’Driscoll up to 2019, when he became Chairman and he retained that role to now.
Over this period the firm grew from 1 person to 100; grew to 14 Partners; opened offices in Dublin and Galway; expanded its service offering to become a full-service corporate firm and finally won Law Firm of the Year at the Irish Law Awards in 2022.
Pat’s legal acumen, renowned networking skills and his passion for business were instrumental in the growth and development of the firm and its people.
Whilst Pat will no longer be a daily presence in the firm, we are very pleased that he will continue to support the firm, generating opportunities and working closely with a number of long-standing clients.
