Our Aviation & Asset Finance team were delighted to act for Shannon Technical Services on their strategic acquisition of Part 21 International.

Shannon Technical Services maintains a professional team of experts who have handled hundreds of commercial aircraft redeliveries, transitions and inspections.

This acquisition will introduce growth plans for Part 21 including expanding operations in both Malta and Shannon and creating upwards of 40 jobs in the next 2 years.

The aviation team included James Duggan, Lorraine O’Riordan and Lucy O’Hara.
