As October comes to a close, we’re looking back at Mental Health Month at Flynn O’Driscoll.
Throughout the month, we put the spotlight on prioritising mental health both within the workplace and overall wellbeing outside of work too.
- We shared daily emails with staff to help reduce stress in the workplace. These included videos, articles, breathing techniques, tips for better sleep and much more.
- Spread awareness by supporting Shine and wearing the See Change Green Ribbon which aims to spread awareness about all mental health difficulties to help end mental health stigma and discrimination.
- Gathered together with colleagues for breakfast on World Mental Health Day.
- We were also delighted to have guest speaker Tony Óg Regan, Holistic Performance and Wellbeing Coach present to the firm. Tony inspires, supports, and enables individuals, teams, and organisations to unlock the next level in terms of their health, wellbeing and performance through evidence and research-based practices.
We would like to thank the Diversity & Inclusion Committee for organising these events and ensuring that our culture supports mental health and wellbeing all year round.
