At Flynn O’Driscoll, we are very proud to celebrate Pride. Throughout Pride month we held many events to support and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community.
From our very competitive FOD pride quiz to participating in this year’s #PrideRun2024, it was a jam-packed month of festivities.
We had a clothes drive on behalf of WorkEqual who ensure equality and fair remuneration when (re)-entering the workplace. We helped donate corporate clothes to LGBTQ+ individuals who are starting their careers and may not have the support needed.
Our FOD Pride quiz raised funds for AMACH LGBT+ Galway which is a solid and safe support structure for the LGBTQ+ community. We also attended The Executive Forum’s 3rd annual pride celebration lunch gala at the Shelbourne Hotel. The guest speaker this year was rugby legend and LGBTQ+ ambassador Gareth Thomas.
A big thank you to the firm's D&I committee for arranging all these amazing events and making our workplace feel inclusive and supportive not just during Pride, but all year round.
