The firm’s continued performance as one of Ireland’s leading M&A legal advisers saw it advise on some of the top deals in the market over the past quarter including advising Writech on its acquisition of Compco; advising Cyber Risk Aware Limited on its sale to Titan HQ; advising Cawood Scientific on its acquisition of IAS Laboratories; acting for JDM Automotive Group’s (Joe Duffy) in its acquisition of CAB Motor Company Limited.
