Flynn O'Driscoll has once again been ranked the number one Irish law firm for M&A by deal volume in the 2025 Experian MarketIQ report.

Ireland’s M&A market delivered another solid performance as 2025 drew to a close. A total of 752 transactions were completed during the year, representing a decline of just over 12%. In contrast, aggregate deal value increased by 30%, indicating a shift towards fewer but higher value transactions.

Commenting on the result, Alan O’Driscoll, corporate partner, said:
