Flynn O'Driscoll has once again been ranked the number one Irish law firm for M&A by deal volume in the 2024 Experian MarketIQ report. 

Deal activity was driven by high levels of overseas investment, a buoyant private equity sector and a favourable economic climate, and total annual deal volume – at 836 transactions for the Republic of Ireland, of which Flynn O’Driscoll acted on 66.
