Flynn O’Driscoll LLP, one of Ireland’s leading corporate law firms, and Vincent & Beatty LLP commercial law firm have announced a formal agreement to merge. The deal will be effective from January 1st, 2025.

The merger reflects both firms’ commitment to expanding service offerings for their diverse client base, which spans multinational corporations, public bodies, and private clients.

Today’s merger with Vincent & Beatty is the latest step in Flynn O’Driscoll’s ambitious growth strategy, bringing the firm’s total headcount to 140.
