Flynn O’Driscoll advises the shareholders of Finance Solutions on the company’s acquisition by Howden Group

We are pleased to have advised the shareholders of Kegra Limited (t/a Finance Solutions) in their acquisition by Howden Group’s Aston Lark Ireland.

Founded in 2011, Finance Solutions specialises in mortgage broking, as well as providing tailored financial solutions such as life cover, income protection, investments, and pensions.  

Finance Solutions managing director Ken Murray commented on the deal:
