Our corporate department acted on the sale of Coversure Limited (t/a as ‘Surety Bonds’) to the Howden Group. The company was founded in 2012 by Colm McGrath and Jane Brady McGrath.

The acquisition of Surety Bonds, Ireland’s leading specialist surety and bonds intermediary, will expand Howden Insurance's existing service range.

The Corporate team was led by David Ryan and Cian Mannion.
