Our Corporate and M&A team were delighted to act for the sole shareholder of Finance One Limited on the disposal of a majority stake in the company to LHK Group Limited. The deal is subject to regulatory approval.

Finance One is a financial planning and wealth advisory business based in Dublin. The company is owned and led by Conor Sheeran. This deal will see Finance One form part of the growing LHK Group, to create a firm of more than 80 staff with over 20,000 clients.
