“We established a legal relationship with Flynn O’Driscoll (Patrick Flynn) initially around 2000 when we commenced a new Boeing 737-800 delivery programme backed by Ex-Im Bank guarantee.
Flynn O’Driscoll was involved in this programme including the delivery of legal opinions on our behalf for about 13 years. Over the years the structure changed including changes from the Cape Town Treaty and the firm was involved in all these changes with the other legal parties in what were complex transactions. We also work now with the firm in terms of on-going Cape Town registrations and various other leasing matters from time to time and also in the area of banking/treasury documentation.
The relationship is a good one and has lasted over a long period of time reflecting the firm’s commitment to our legal needs and their quick response time and professional performance on matter that are important to us including how they charge us for their services. We are happy to recommend them and we look forward to continued involvement with them going forward.”
