Profile

Zoë joined Flynn O'Driscoll in 2019 and began the Professional Practice Course (Part 1) in September 2019. Zoë will commence the Professional Practice Course (Part 2) in April 2021 with a view to qualifying as a Solicitor in 2022.

Zoë currently works as a Trainee Solicitor in the Property Department. Previously, Zoë worked in the Corporate Department under the guidance of David Ryan, where she gained experience in a wide variety of corporate and commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, company re-structuring, shareholder matters, private equity and venture capital investments. Prior to joining Flynn O'Driscoll, Zoë worked as a Legal Executive in a General Practice while she completed her Law Society Entrance Exams. Zoë lived in Melbourne for a period where she gained experience working as a Legal Assistant in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Department of a Melbourne law firm. Zoë also worked in the Human Resources department of a large commercial firm while in Melbourne. While in college Zoë spent a Summer working as a Legal Intern in the Intellectual Property Department of a Boston law firm.

Zoë obtained an Honours Bachelor of Irish Law (LLB) from Griffith College Dublin and subsequently obtained a Graduate Diploma in English Law (GDL) from Oxford Brookes University. Zoë is currently studying for a Diploma in Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency Law which she will complete in March 2021.

Zoë is involved in a number of the corporate social responsibility initiatives supported by the firm, one of which includes regularly volunteering at St. Audoen’s National School’s reading club.

Zoë is not a member of the Law Society of Ireland.
