Louise joined Flynn O'Driscoll as Partner and Head of Employment in October 2019.

Louise has practiced as an employment lawyer for 11 years. She trained and qualified as a solicitor with William Fry and was appointed a partner there in 2018. She supports clients with all day-to-day employment legal issues arising from recruitment to dismissal. Louise specialises in the employment legal aspects of corporate transactions (including the treatment of employee share incentives) and has expertise in transfer of undertakings law (TUPE). Louise is particularly experienced in advising on employment issues for clients in the regulated financial services sector and in assisting multinationals investing in Ireland.

Louise has obtained a:
- B. Corporate Law and LLB from the National University of Ireland, Galway
- Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland Tutor
- Contributor on professional practice courses with the Law Society of Ireland

Louise is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association of Ireland (ELAI).

Louise was awarded "Rising Star, Ireland" at the IFLR European Rising Star awards in November 2019 Louise was ranked as a "Next Generation Lawyer" by the Legal 500 in 2018 and as a "Next Generation Partner" in 2019 In the Legal 500 EMEA 2018, Louise was described as "superb" and as having "a sharp legal mind"
