Grace is an Associate on the corporate and commercial team and has a broad range of experience in corporate transactional work and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, private equity investments, corporate restructuring, shareholder arrangements, business formation and corporate governance and commercial contracts.

Since joining Flynn O’Driscoll in 2014, Grace has advised on many significant corporate transactions involving international and Irish companies across a wide range of industries and sectors.

Prior to joining Flynn O’Driscoll, Grace worked for several years in the Investment Services Division of Enterprise Ireland.
