Profile

Conor graduated from Trinity College, Dublin in 2015 with an honours degree in Philosophy before completing the Law Society of Ireland’s professional examinations. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2018 and England & Wales in 2019.

Before joining Flynn O’Driscoll in 2018, Conor trained in a medium sized Dublin-based law firm in the area of corporate & commercial, advising on transactional, regulatory, and general advisory matters. He also has experience in commercial court litigation, commercial real estate and banking.

At Flynn O’Driscoll, Conor works with the Corporate team. Here, he advises companies across a breadth of transactional and general advisory matters, including venture capital investments, business formation & incorporation, early stage investments, M&A transactions, as well as advising on commercial contract, shareholder and employment law matters.

Conor also has experience advising clients establishing alternative investment funds (AIFs), advising on the process of setting up and structuring AIFs and obtaining regulatory approval from the Central Bank of Ireland under the AIFMD.

Conor has been involved in representing the Law Society of Ireland in the Brown Mosten International Client Consultation Competition since winning in 2017 in Canterbury. He returned as a competition judge in Maastricht (2018) and subsequently coached the Law Society’s team to the semi-finals in Dublin (2019).
