Anna Vaughan

Profile

Anna studied law at the National University of Ireland, Galway where she completed the Bachelor of Civil Law degree with Honours and at University College Dublin where she obtained an LLM in International Commercial Law.

Anna joined Flynn O'Driscoll's Aviation & Asset Finance team in August 2019. Anna is responsible for assisting senior solicitors with international transactions involving the financing, leasing, purchase and delivery of aircraft, drafting relevant corporate approvals and transactional documents and regularly dealing with client queries.

Prior to joining the Aviation & Asset Finance team Anna completed modules in Aviation Finance Law in Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and International Finance as part of her LLM. Anna has also gained experience in a wide variety of corporate environments having worked and interned in other international corporate law firms in both Galway and Belfast.

Anna is currently completing the Law Society FE1 entrance exams.

Since joining Flynn O'Driscoll Anna has become a regular volunteer at St. Audeons National School’s reading club and other CSR initiatives at the firm. Anna has previously volunteered with Habitat for Humanity building houses in Malawi and continues to do work with the charity. Anna plays Gaelic football for her local club Saul in Co. Down and has previously played Gaelic at county level for many years.
