Flynn O’Driscoll is very pleased to have advised Atlantic Aviation Group (AAG) on its acquisition of Lufthansa Technik Shannon Ltd from its German parent Lufthansa Technik (AG).
The purchase of Lufthansa Technik Shannon will make AAG the largest MRO in Ireland and put the business firmly on track to become one of the largest independent MROs in Europe.
