Tara commenced the Professional Practice Course with the Law Society of Ireland in September 2015. Tara has worked with Flynn O’Driscoll since 2014, predominantly with the corporate transaction team alongside David Ryan and Alan O’Driscoll. She has been involved in a substantial number of both domestic and international acquisitions, corporate restructures and has advised on commercial contracts, shareholder issues and various company secretarial matters.

Tara is a key contributor to the firm’s corporate social responsibility programme, often volunteering for the reading club at St. Audoen’s Primary School and recently being involved in the fundraising and organising of St Audoen’s annual golf classic raising much needed funds for the school.
