Linda graduated with an honours BA in Accounting and Finance with German from University of Limerick and subsequently completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Law in Dublin Institute of Technology. Linda has completed the Law Society of Ireland’s entrance exams and is currently embarking on the Professional Practice Course.

Prior to joining Flynn O’Driscoll, Linda previously worked extensively in the financial services sector with Bank of New York Mellon, Irish Progressive Services International and Northern Trust.

Since joining the firm Linda has had experience in litigation, commercial transactions, financing and conveyancing. Linda has been involved in a number of large commercial property transactions, residential property developments, as well as the property side of large corporate restructurings and refinancing. Linda drafts and negotiates commercial property agreements, including agreements for lease, leases and licences and Short Term Business Agreements. Linda assists the litigation partner in relation to complex contentious commercial matters and assists in preparation for mediation, arbitration and High Court proceedings.

Linda takes an active interest in corporate social responsibility and regularly volunteers at St. Audeons National School’s reading club, among other initiatives which are supported by the firm. Linda represented Ireland in the International Negotiation Competition in Oslo in June 2017.
