Laoise O'Malley

Laoise graduated from NUI Galway in 2013 with an honours Bachelor of Corporate Law International degree and an honours postgraduate LLB degree from the National University of Ireland, Galway. Laoise also studied International, European and French Law at the Université de Poitiers, France. In 2015, Laoise graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a Masters in International and European Business Law (LLM) specialising in aviation law and banking law. Prior to joining the firm, Laoise worked as company secretary in other large commercial firms in Dublin. Laoise has also gained experience working in other law firms in both Ireland and New York.

Laoise predominantly works in the aviation department. Since joining the firm, Laoise has been involved in a number of cross border aviation leasing transactions and delivery of aircraft, in addition to dealing with queries on a day to day basis from our international aviation clients. She has also advised clients in the areas of company and commercial law including business structure and formation, company re-structuring, shareholder matters and commercial transactions.

Laoise has completed the Law Society Entrance Examinations and will commence the Law Society professional practice course in September 2018.
