Profile

Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor with Flynn O’Driscoll, Grace worked for several years with the State Development Agency, Enterprise Ireland. Grace worked predominantly in Investment Services and is very experienced at facilitating equity investments and attending to portfolio consent matters with clients of Enterprise Ireland.

Grace holds a LLB Law Degree from Trinity College Dublin, a LLM from University College, London and a Professional Diploma in Corporate Law and Governance from the Law Society of Ireland.

Grace is a member of the corporate team and works predominately on the fundraising/investment side of the house. She is experienced at working with companies (at all stages and across all sectors) and investors (from all backgrounds- private individuals, business angels, private equity, venture capital, investment syndicates and state bodies) and facilitating investment into companies.

Grace is also experienced at advising clients on shareholder matters, commercial contracts, corporate governance, restructurings, disposals, employment law, intellectual property law, mergers and acquisitions.

Grace is a key member of the StartUp@FOD team and regularly advises start-up companies on incorporation and business formation, shareholder matters, fundraising and other legal matters that arise throughout the scaling process of a start-up.

Grace is an active member of Toastmasters. She is a volunteer at St. Audoens’ Primary School reading club and St Michael’s House for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities.
