Dorian is a corporate associate who is dual-qualified and admitted to the roll solicitors in both England & Wales and the Republic of Ireland. Dorian studied, trained and qualified in England, studying law at one of the world's leading universities, the University of Bristol. Dorian trained with Flynn O’Driscoll’s Law Exchange International partner and leading UK regional firm, Hewitsons LLP, before moving to top 50 UK firm TLT LLP.

Originally from Pembrokeshire in Wales, Dorian relocated to Dublin in January 2015.

Dorian has gained significant domestic and international experience in mergers, acquisitions and disposals, group reorganisations and general company law and corporate legal advice, with significant experience gained in the renewable energy sector, amongst other diverse sectors. Dorian has acted for a wide range of clients ranging from owner-managers to blue chip companies.

Notable transactions Dorian has recently worked on include:

•advising on the UK and Irish aspects of the sale of Madison Logic, Inc., the world's largest global account based marketing provider, to Clarion Capital Partners;

•advising the target and its management on the sale of 51% of ReproMed, one of Ireland's leading fertility businesses, to FutureLife, owned by the Hartenberg Holding fund;

•advising Madison Logic, Inc. on its acquisition of the Internal Results Group;

•advising the purchaser on the acquisition of a health product business from the Tesco Group;

•advising the Western Development Commission in respect of its contribution to a €16m investment round in Galway medtech firm Vivasure;

• assisting on a €2m investment round in craft beer producer Wicklow Wolf;

•assisting on the sale by Finance Ireland of the Everyday Finance unit to the Link Financial Group;

•advising the purchaser on a multi-million euro acquisition of a property investment group;

•advising National Radio Cabs Limited on its acquisition of Dalkey Killiney Glenageary Taxis Limited;

•advising a well-known international accountancy firm on the acquisition of a payroll company;

•assisting on a refinancing of the Academy Plaza Hotel Group;

•advising on a group reorganisation involving international migration; and

•assisting with multiple seed investment rounds, acting for both start-ups and many of Ireland's leading business angel networks.
