Profile

Diann graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway where she obtained an honours Bachelor of Arts degree in 2007. Diann went on to complete a postgraduate Bachelor of Laws degree with the National University of Ireland, Galway and graduated with honours in 2008. Diann also holds a Masters in Commercial Law from University College Dublin where she graduated with honours in 2010.

Diann joined Flynn O’Driscoll in 2012 and is a member of the Law Society of Ireland. Diann completed her training with the Law Society of Ireland in 2015 and was admitted as a solicitor in Ireland in 2016.

Before joining the firm, Diann worked in a general legal practice in Galway as well as the legal department of Coca Cola's Irish concentrate division.

Diann is involved in all aspects of corporate and commercial law advising both Irish and international clients on a diverse range of corporate and commercial legal issues ranging from advice on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructuring transactions, private equity and venture capital investments to advice on business structure and formation, corporate governance, collaboration, development and licence agreements as well as a broad range of commercial agreements.
